Did you know, that what we eat affects how the Baltic Sea is doing? For instance, by choosing the right fish from the Baltic Sea we can help reduce its eutrophication. How cool is that!

Inspired by this, we are arranging
KalaBaliikki dinner week at Nolla between 26.1 and 30.1.2021.
During the week, we’ll be serving a menu built around the tastiest and most sustainable catches of the Baltic Sea. Cooked delicious, with a Nolla twist of course.

Cured Särki with sauce gribiche
Lahna ravioli with smoked fish fumet
Grilled made with romesco and potatoes
Spent grain ice-cream with brown butter and coffee
